The Cold Steel 3-in-One Knife Sharpener has two pre-angled sharpening stones. One of the stones is ceramic and the other is carbide. The carbide edge can provide you with a quick sharp edge, and the ceramic sharpener can give you a finer, razor-sharp edge. Additionally, there is a fold out, diamond coated tapered rod for sharpening serrations or small gut hooks.
